Hello all,
I first started as an investor in unlisted shares, and now I also advice others for investing. I also work as a broker/facilitator for investors.
Investing in unlisted companies could be a good way to tap multi-baggers early. So look out for good companies with strong fundamentals.
In the unlisted market, shares have to be bought through brokers as there are no "exchanges" for it.
Hence the rates depend upon demand-supply, news, rumors, and all the good and bad things that you can imagine.
First thing is, you have to look for a CLEAN / GENUINE broker.
There are a lot of cheaters in the market.
I have personally been cheated by Mr. Niraj Kajaria of Kajaria Securities and Finance. Don't get carried away by what seems to be a "very lucrative deal."
1) If you are a seller of shares, ask for payments first. Only after the payment has come to your account, should you transfer the shares.
2) If you are a buyer of shares, ask for the shares first. Make the payment only after you have received the shares.
What has happened with many people is, that Mr. Niraj Kajaria first takes the payment, and does not gives the shares for months...You will be lucky if you get your principle back.
So, happy investing, and use the rules mentioned above and you will never be cheated by anybody.
To know how Niraj Kajaria of Kajaria Securities and Finance cheated me, you can put your email id here and I will send you all the details including phone recordings.
I know atleast 9 people who have been cheated by him...
Stay away from Niraj Kajaria of Kajaria Securities and Finance.
